Items must be returned unused and in original condition with photographic or video evidence. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Business / wholesale purchases (B2B)
All wholesale sales are final. Returns, refunds, or cancellations are not accepted for business purchases unless items are faulty or incorrect. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence.
